MEET JACKIE

Jackie Cansdell is a Mental Health Occupational Therapist with 14 years’ experience working with adults and older adults in acute inpatient, community case management, and psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery mental health services.

She holds registration with AHPRA and is a member of Occupational Therapy Australia and the Mental Health Professionals Network.

Jackie has a passion for assisting people to identify and reconnect with meaningful life roles so that they can improve their quality of life.

Jackie works with individuals and their support people by engaging them in assessment and tailoring intervention based on their specific needs. She has a person-centred, holistic and trauma-informed approach to therapy.
